Local Derry NH condominium firm is seeking qualified maintenance personnel. The right candidate should have knowledge of basic maintenance requirements. Light carpentry (deck repair, doors, windows and locks), Basic drywall and taping, Basic electrical (change a light fixture, smoke detector), Painting and Basic Plumbing. You must be comfortable on ladders (usually no more than 25 ft). The work environment is both inside and outside. We are looking for someone who can be professional and courteous when dealing with our clients.
Company truck, tools and uniforms provided.
