We are excited to announce immediate openings for Maintenance and Grounds staff. This employment opportunity will run from now through mid-January, with a planned restart in March.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of facilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks
Ensure the upkeep of outdoor grounds including painting, mowing, trimming, and planting
Identify and address any repair needs promptly
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting up to 70lbs.
Open to working a flexible schedule.
Employment Details
The initial employment period will run from now until mid-January, with a break period, and will resume in March. This structure allows for a balanced work schedule and is ideal for those looking to gain experience in facility maintenance and groundskeeping.
