Job Title: Pre-sales Operations Staff

Cozy Couple, a reputable company specializing in the resale of quality used couches with delivery services, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Pre-sales Operations Staff. This position is based at our office in Nashua, NH, and offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose the days you work within a 5-day workweek.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Organization: Efficiently organize and manage the couch inventory, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.
Inventory Preparation: Prepare couches for staging, ensuring they are in optimal condition for showcasing.
Staging: Set up and arrange couches in the showroom to create an appealing display for potential customers.
Photography: Capture high-quality images of couches for online listings, highlighting their features and condition.
Online Listing Processing: Input details and specifications of each couch into the online system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Showroom Assistance: Assist in showcasing inventory to customers in the showroom, providing information and addressing inquiries.
Cleaning Couches: Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the couches.
Additional Tasks: Undertake various responsibilities as assigned by the management to support the smooth operation of pre-sales operations.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs over your head.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Effective time-management abilities.
Personable with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good customer service skills.
Flexibility to work 3-5 days a week, with the choice of specific days.
Experience driving a box truck is a plus but not required.
