Fifth Gen Masonry and Concrete, a premier concrete contractor with a decade of excellence, is hiring Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. No experience? No problem! We will train motivated, dependable candidates to work on exciting concrete projects across New England. Responsibilities:
Assist with concrete tasks (mixing, pouring, form setting, cleanup, etc.) under experienced crew leaders
Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite
Travel to job sites throughout New England
Follow instructions and learn concrete finishing skills on the job
Requirements:
No experience necessary—willingness to learn is key!
Valid driver’s license (required); CDL a plus
Dependable, punctual, and physically able to handle labor-intensive work
Ability to work flexible hours and travel across New England
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
What We Offer:
Competitive starting pay ($18–$25/hour, based on skills and performance)
Time and a half for overtime
