Cash-paying “part-time handyman/helper wanted

Are you interested in a cash-paying, “part-time handyman/helper” position, on an as-needed basis, helping out on a nearby, private, estate? The pay would be $15 cash per hour, and you can schedule your availability around your own schedule. This would be a great opportunity for the person who “just wants to get out of the house,” or a person who likes to stay active, etc. Duties are very basic and may include residential, routine chores such as mowing a lawn, small “touch-up painting” tasks, detailing a private vehicle (either a car or a small boat), cleaning first-floor windows, etc., etc. ?
