Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Installer to ensure maximum productivity, while maintaining a safe job site, operating all tools in a safe manner, protecting customers properties and company assets at all times. Adhering to company building methods, standards and requirements in regards to safety, quality, integrity and customer service. Applicant must display a good balance between quality and speed, be presentable and professional in appearance. Reliable transportation to shop location, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record a plus. The ability to qualify for company auto insurance policy and be able to pass a background check. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to communicate in English, follow directions, and keep up with a fast pace on job sites and in shop environments. Working Conditions: Work is performed primarily at residential job sites rain or shine. Working outdoors year round in New England climate. Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs, independently, frequent standing for long periods, standing at heights on ladders, stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, crawling, digging, and using repetitive wrist/hand motions on a daily basis in varying outdoor weather elements. keyword: builder, construction, labor, framer, sider, siding, framing, building, laborer, trades, artisan,
