The Customer Service Representative will create a welcoming environment by greeting customers as they arrive or call on the phone. Ensuring various customer needs such as account maintenance, billing inquiries, product and service orders, and overall communication is exceptional.
You are the first point of contact for Country Fuels. The first impression is the most important and sets the stage for all we do. This includes answering phones in a professional manner, monitoring new voicemails and responding, greeting and assisting customers and visitors.
Duties
Provide information about the products and services we offer
Opening of new customer accounts
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Schedule service appointments and daily delivery orders.
Process company service records.
Daily routing and dispatching deliveries.
Maintain DOT maintenance records and any other necessary documentation.
Collection and sales calls as needed.
Create and update marketing piece for social media vis Facebook
Requirements:
Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard computer programs.
Willing to adapt to new technologies and learn computer programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
