This is a key management position in an established custom auto restore/repair shop. This position reports directly to the owner and supports the company by managing all administrative and bookkeeping functions.
Must be highly organized, motivated, and able to work independently and as a team member. Maintains professional demeanor, demonstrates integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of accounting procedures. Excellent phone manner. Must be jack-of-all-trades. Insures office is organized and runs smoothly. Responsible for operation and maintenance of office equipment and inventory of office supplies. Organizes and composes office correspondence, documents and other reports. Ensures all vendor lists, staff, and suppliers are maintained and updated. Assist owner and other team members as required. Financial Administration includes Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, client billing and work with owner to ensure receivables are kept to a minimum. Process weekly payroll.
