Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a part time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant for our growing architecture firm. Looking for roughly 15-20 hours a week to start. A combination of in-office and remote work can be arranged.
This position will be responsible for handling the following financial tasks in QuickBooks including (but not limited to):
- Invoicing
- Preparing Financial reports
- Reconcile accounts
- Export data from other software to integrate with QuickBooks
- Work closely with leaders to ensure financial organization and success
- Maintain and implement bookkeeping processes to maximize efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experienced in QuickBooks
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, general tech savvy
- Be highly detail oriented with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Honesty, integrity, and sensitivity to confidential financial information are essential
