Leeding Builders Group, division of AECOM, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Construction Pre-Qualification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and pre-qualifying contractors and subcontractors for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.Manage and maintain the contractor pre-qualification database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurateAnalyze contractor submissions, including financial statements, safety records, and performance historyConduct thorough risk assessments of potential contractors and subcontractorsCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to determine specific pre-qualification requirements for each projectDevelop and implement pre-qualification criteria and processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessPrepare detailed reports on contractor qualifications and recommendations for project teamsStay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in contractor pre-qualificationAssist in the development and maintenance of pre-qualification policies and proceduresProvide support and guidance to contractors throughout the pre-qualification processCoordinate with legal and insurance departments to ensure compliance with contractual requirementsAbout Construction Management—Leeding Builders Group (LBG)Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
