Software Engineer – Workforce Management IntegrationsThis is a contract-to-perm opportunity.This is a fully remote opportunity.About this PositionWe’re seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support the migration from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This is a high-impact role where you’ll help drive the design, development, and deployment of Boomi-based integrations. You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team to enable seamless workforce operations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between systems using Dell BoomiTranslate stakeholder needs into scalable and reliable integration solutionsMonitor and troubleshoot integration performance within the WFM platformPartner with global engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure data accuracySupport system configuration and deployments in a SAFe Agile environmentJob Skills/Requirements5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application DeveloperUKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) experience (required)Proven experience building integrations using Dell Boomi (required)Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) (required)Strong collaboration and communication skills with a distributed teamPreferred QualificationsBoomi certificationExperience with middleware tools (e.g., Apigee, MOVEit)Experience with SaaS/cloud platforms and Agile/DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA)Working knowledge of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQLRetail or enterprise workforce management experienceAdditional InformationFully remote role8:00 AM EST preferred start time (with flexibility)40-hour workweekContract-to-perm potentialPay Range$56–$61/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
