Risk Management Intern

AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Management Intern to join our team in New York, NY or Miami, FL. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in risk assessment, analysis, and reporting within a dynamic financial environment.This position is expected to begin in June 2025.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Review project documents and analyze project data, to develop risk profiles and risk registers for projects and programs,Prepare and update the project risk registers; ensuring the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the information captured in the project risk registerDevelop quantitative integrated cost and schedule quantitative models to support the informed decision making of a project and program,Support facilitating cross functional risk workshops with project stakeholders including project, commercial, technical, and legal project professionals for asset classes including public transit, hospitality, healthcare, energy transmission and generation, water, and transportation.Prepare interdisciplinary discussions to develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.Issue risk management reports and presentations.
