This Executive Assistant position offers the opportunity to support a senior executive and their team with confidential and strategic administrative support. You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless daily operations, streamlining communications, and managing key tasks ranging from scheduling to travel logistics.This role requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and adaptability. You’ll collaborate across levels and departments while taking ownership of executive support functions and ensuring top-tier service with minimal supervision.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to an executive and teamManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference callsArrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportationPrepare correspondence, reports, and other professional documentsWelcome and coordinate visits from internal and external guestsPerform research and manage sensitive or confidential informationSupport planning for team events and offsitesAnticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they ariseJob Skills/RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of Executive or Administrative Assistant experienceHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredStrong experience in calendar and travel managementProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (including table creation and mail merges)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalismAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling confidential mattersFamiliarity with general office procedures including filing, scheduling, and expensesProven ability to interact effectively with all levels of managementWhy should I apply?You’ll be working in a global organization with opportunities to collaborate across regions.
