Director, Consumer Insights - Engagement and Brand

BACKGROUND:NBCU TV& Streaming is looking for an experienced Director of Consumer Insights to join our team and drive primary research initiatives that establish a consumer connection to the Peacock, NBC and Bravo brands and increase engagement and retention among subscribers/viewers. This individual will use their prior experience partnering with Subscriber Analytics and Brand Marketing teams to set a primary research roadmap that supports strategic business goals. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Brand & Growth Strategy Insights and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to bring the consumer perspective into decision-making. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:A consumer insights/primary research leader ready to have an impact and help drive strategic decision-making. You should have experience leading quantitative and qualitative primary research initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders within Brand Marketing, Growth & Lifecyle Marketing, Customer Relationship Management & Platform Analytics teams to help drive business decisions. We are looking for a candidate with a deep background of leading a range of primary research methods including surveys, focus groups, diary studies, in-depth-interviews and advanced quantitative methods like max diff, conjoint and drivers analyses.
