Senior Quality Engineer

Sr. Quality Engineer will lead the Quality team to improve processes and performance across high volume extrusion lines. In this role, you will lead technical review of processes to support core tool generation and maintenance, including PPAP and FMEAs.  This role will address customer and internal complaints through 8D problem solving. Supervisory responsibility will include Quality Lab associates and Quality Analysts. YOUR ROLE: Supervise, coach & develop Quality Lab associatesDefine & maintain metrics to measure Lab performanceCoordinate implementation & maintenance of control plans and PPAP submissionsLiaison & promote development of DFMEA & PFMEA for Windows and PVCInitiate and complete cross functional 8D reports leading to root-cause and corrective actionEnforce quality requirements and standards for manufacturing products including inspection areas in ProductionAssist with updates to processes and work instructions, as needed
