New Patient Concierge

Our dental front office associates are the heart of our practice – they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients. Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care. Your workspace will be on-site but located in our upstairs office space to reduce noise and interruptions.Gather referrals and new patient information sent via email and processing per office guidelines.Ensure all referred patients are entered into our referral tracking software with accurate data.Follow up with all referred patients that are not currently scheduled.Although the main focus of the New Patient Concierge is new patients, there will be other duties learned to help cover for other business team members as needed.
