Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team that provides mission critical electronic warfare solutions across a vibrant, growing portfolio of opportunities in BAE s Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area, part of one of the leading aerospace and defense companies. ECS s Tactical Aircraft Electronic Warfare Solutions (TacAir) product line has an exciting opportunity for a program manager to join the DEWS program team. The successful candidate will focus on sustainment activities over multiple concurrent programs and will be responsible for achieving aggressive cost and schedule targets, as well as strategic partnerships and future sustainment planning.We put our customers first exemplified by our mission: We Protect Those Who Protect Us. Proactively manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, and execute a collection of programs supporting a system sustainment capability, to include repair and depot support

Support initiation of a long-term sustainment concept to include BOE development, contract award and program execution

Ensure timely RTAT and cost-effective status monitoring and delivery of operational repairs

Enable Direct customer interaction to identify/implement customer requirements, current and future

Actively manage customer/supplier relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business.

Partner with engineering and operations to ensure resource allocations and coordination of efforts

Measure and regularly report out on program results, including to senior leadership and customer

Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and continuous improvement on the program team to deliver affordable, effective, and dependable outcomes.

Demonstrate a leading role in promoting adherence to the company s ethical standards and business practices; ensure compliance with the BAE Systems Operational Assurance Framework and all other policies and requirements; provide for good stewardship of the assets of the business.

Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and security objectives and policies.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading program teams through all phases of the lifecycle, or 10-12 years of experience in lieu of degree

Negotiation/capture/contract initiation experience

Experience integrating scope/schedule/ budget for successful execution of program objectives

Working knowledge of risk/opportunity management and defense contract types

The ability to collaborate within and across functional boundaries.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to interface and negotiate with and present to a variety of stakeholders inc

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

PMP Certification

International capture experience

EMD (Engineering and Manufacturing Development) phase

Electronic Warfare (EW) technical familiarity

Negotiation/capture/contract initiation experience

Secret Clearance

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
