Moneta is actively seeking Client Service Managers to join our Moorestown, NJ financial advisory team office.  In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.  Moneta provides the opportunity for long term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.  As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team’s Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on the client’s needs. Qualities that will help you flourish in this role include organization, flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.  In everything we do, we focus on our clients and their needs to deliver the best possible experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist Advisors and Partners in daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and proceduresAssist Advisors and Partners with client review preparationResearch unique and complex situations as they ariseEstablish a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their AdvisorImplement Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial SystemsCoordinate account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assetsPopulate and maintain systems data and client filesVerify client account cash balances, generate, and review monthly available cash reportManage and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environmentWork directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off timesContribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communicationUnderstand and reinforce our ‘Why’ in all your actions
