(Are you an amazing Senior Health and Safety Advisor?)We’re looking for a talented health and safety professional to help us keep the good energy flowing on a fulltime, 12-month fixed term basis. In this role, you'll be part of a national team delivering H&S best practice to Clarus' operations and activities.  You’ll be joining a supportive team in a hybrid working environment, who work within an atmosphere where autonomy and flexibility compliments the challenging and interesting work environment.This role will be heavily focused on contractor engagement and assurance; supporting our First Renewables team with the Tauhei Solar Farm, and our Rockgas bulk delivery team. 
You can expect to:Develop and implement robust, contract-specific assurance programmes Have oversight of H&S performance of key contractors Provide high level assessments on contractors’ current performance in H&SUndertake regular visits to key sites - providing consistent H&S presence and engagementProvide accurate and timely metrics, analysis and reports that support leaders and the business to make good decisions.
