Description We are looking for a capable Executive Assistant to join our team based in Exeter, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be providing administrative support, facilitating communication, and managing schedules. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity, offering the chance to work within the education sector and provide assistance.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Direct communication flow, ensuring that all correspondence is received and addressed appropriately. Use computer systems to maintain records, manage schedules, and perform other administrative tasks. Facilitate communication between students and parents, ensuring all parties are kept informed. Manage calendars effectively, scheduling meetings and conference calls as required. Ensure all office tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a well-organized system for administrative work. Assist in various office tasks as required, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Provide support in the preparation and execution of events and meetings.Requirements Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar administrative position. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics. Experience in facilitating conference calls and managing correspondence. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality for sensitive company information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Ability to handle pressure and manage stress effectively.
