VP, Consolidations and Controllership

 Oversee the company’s financial close and consolidation process as a key leader in Chief Accounting Officer organization.Oversee overall period end financial close and consolidation process, partnering with business unit and functional Controllership teams to ensure that transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and SOX controls.Participate in monthly/quarterly Controllership activities, with responsibility for key entity level controls, including financial statement reviews (i.e. Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flows).Responsible for financial data included in quarterly financial reports filed with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, partnering closely with External Reporting and Investor Relations teams in carrying out disclosure controls and procedures.Responsible for governance and controls over financial systems. Collaborate with controllership team and IT on designing and implementing financial systems strategy and enhancementsAssist in implementation of changes in financial reporting standards and regulations.Support external and internal audit activities. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of all regular and ad hoc management reports.Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results
