Academy, Player Care Manager

RESPONSIBILITIESOversee academy player education program ensuring alignment with school partner and strategic goals.Manage all aspects of the current homestay program including strategy for expansion.Collaborate with Skills Consultant, Clinician and Head of Sports Performance to develop and implement strategies for optimizing individual and team performance.Deliver off field education including workshops, volunteering, and other initiatives.Plan and implement onboarding process for all players.Research and execute future transportation solution for players.
