Position SummaryWe are looking for a Sitecore Content Hub (previously Stylelabs) Product Owner to join our Corporate Strategy team as we build out the next generation of digital marketing capabilities across Wolters Kluwer. This position will focus on the implementation of Sitecore Content Hub and the development of strategy and best practices for use of the platform in support a large-scale global marketing site.The role requires a proven track record of successfully using and managing a complex, global digital ecosystem launched on the Sitecore Experience CMS platform and linked to Sitecore Content Hub. The ability to strategically connect our Sitecore platforms usage to other digital marketing technology and practices to drive maturity across all digital marketing efforts is key.This role will report to the Associate Director of Platforms and Operations in the Global Brand, Marketing and Communications organization and will work closely with the marketing leaders across the enterprise.RESPONSIBILITIESManage setup, migration and business usage of Sitecore Content Hub for Wolters Kluwer’s unique digital ecosystem to drive transformation of marketing processes and practices. This includes hands-on support to solve marketing user problems as well as related training and support for end users.

In addition to the Sitecore Content Hub DAM, we will also implement Product Content Management (PCM), Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP) modules. Experience with these is preferred.

Establish scalable implementation and content creation processes that ensure best practices in platform use that align with overall digital strategy for testing, analytics, personalization, governance, taxonomies and workflow/approval processes.

Provide business units with recommendations to drive optimization and adoption of best practices across a variety of related topics including content creation, asset management, images rights management, tagging and other related topics.

Work collaboratively across functions and departments enterprise wide to help produce best-in-class digital experiences and ensure best practices are properly implemented.

Participate in ongoing management of the Wolters Kluwer Brand Portal and assist our Global Brand and Communications team with ongoing Content Hub structural and feature support.

Work closely with the delivery team and business leads to translate business needs to requirements. Agile experience a plus.

Participate in the evaluation of new platform features and releases to improve and optimize system usage and marketing team performance.

Measure against key KPIs and benchmarks to drive business value.

Support the overall OneWeb team goal to drive continual improvement and build a best-in-class, data-driven customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of five years of experience in marketing transformation projects, specifically using the Sitecore Content Hub/Stylelabs platform to implement digital initiatives in a global organization for both B2B and B2C projects across multiple channels.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Deep hands-on expertise using and managing the Sitecore Content Hub/Stylelabs platform including setup, establishing taxonomy and tagging patterns, workflow, platform governance and usage reporting.

Extensive familiarity with enterprise web content management systems, structure, set-up, governance and best practices

Experience with large-scale web migration projects that involve multiple business stakeholders to build complex, multi-language sites

Working knowledge of Sitecore CMS

Understand Agile development processes and participate in the continuous improvement process for platform enhancements

Familiarity with digital marketing and sales platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Eloqua, Marketo, SFDC Marketing Cloud & Lead Generation, CRM platforms (SFDC) and Data Analytics (Adobe, Google), Search tools (Conductor/Brightedge) and/or Ecommerce, especially with regards to how they connect to or work in conjunction with Sitecore platforms

Ability to focus on data-driven decisions that build maximum business value

Excellent presentation, organization, communications and time management skills

Results oriented, practical, hands-on approach to getting the work done

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%

LOCATION AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSEast coast location (New York) preferred. Primarily remote working schedule.
