This is a leadership role that is responsible for developing and executing go to market strategies within the Commercial Distribution channel that will drive profitable growth and increase market share by integrating MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., products with appropriate customer segments.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of multi-year Distributor channel sales strategies and driving a culture of accountability through strategic account management and a dynamic growth mindset.Drives new business and manages relationships with large homebuilders.Development and execution of policies and programs related to distributor selling operations, including daily management and sales pipeline activities.Ensure the delivery of revenue and profit goals by directing the development and implementation of distributor sales plans to meet those objectives.Develop the relationships and operating practices that will provide the distributor team with a competitive advantage, which are differentiated by creative solutions and serve to increase the productivity and efficiency of current programs and services.Oversee the integration of national account and channel objectives into a cohesive sales plan.Lead, build and activate executive and senior-level relationships with key distributor partners. Responsible for managing the allocation of resources to drive program and channel development opportunities, account and marketplace growth, while ensuring the company achieves profit targets.Working cross functionally to influence and align key company partners in marketing, finance, supply chain, operations, digital and technology, and field sales to execute priorities and customer initiatives.
