As the Store Manager, you will lead the Salomon retail experience at our Woodbury Common Premium Outlet location. With your entrepreneurial spirit and operational savvy, you will ensure financial success, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experiences in a hybrid outlet model that includes both self-service and full-service zones.The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performing store team to:Achieve sales goalsEffectively execute brand standardsDeliver operational excellenceThe Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and delivers the brand vision, mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and Retail Sales Associates in both personal and career development.
