Actively listen to customer requests, comments, or complaints, and respond appropriately following established procedures.Efficient Transactions: Process deposits, verify amounts, examine checks for proper endorsement, and accurately enter transactions into computer records promptly.Smooth Operations: Cash checks, process withdrawals, and handle mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments efficiently.Product Knowledge: Promote and explain various services such as consumer and mortgage loans, insurance, IRAs, CDs, safe deposit boxes, and more to customers.New Accounts: Assist customers with opening new accounts, including both commercial and consumer accounts such as checking, savings, and credit accounts. Explain account features, benefits, and requirements.Attention to Detail: Count, check, and package coins and currency, ensuring accuracy in maintaining cash supply within prescribed limits.Account Maintenance: Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and handle account
