Your input will help define the technical direction for years to come.Problem Solve: Tackle challenging issues like scaling, performance optimization, and complex integrations (e.g., building analytics dashboards, advanced search functionalities, and A/B testing frameworks).Own Your Craft: Choose the right tools and technologies for the job, contribute to technical decisions, and drive innovation within a small, agile team.Be a Team Player: Work in a collaborative environment where your opinions are heard, and every team member is valued.Ideally, you will:Have 3+ years experience: You’ve spent at least 3 years working as a mid-level or senior software engineer (or tech lead) in an agile environment.
