ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Product/Process troubleshooting service for daily process issue, To provide containment actions and corrective actions.Maintain and update a working knowledge, process flows, configuration, and any other assigned technical area. Provide leadership for related incidents or feedback from drive function tests and quality related to the manufacturing process and implement appropriate corrective and preventive action.Participate in product and technology transfer between work sites.Provide supervision and guidance to the technical crewTo adequately train and control the actions of their employees to minimize accidents and incidents causing injury and damageTo liaise with vendors supplying tooling/fixtures spares and fixtures components.Lead technicians to achieve department objective goalsOther job assignments from the supervisorEnsure commonality/standardization among the same process/system within related manufacturingComply with 7S activity to ensure the working area is good housekeepingComply with EH&S policy to ensure all workforce safety and sustain a good environment
