Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This is a dynamic and people-focused role where you’ll work closely with students' clubs, helping them connect with the wider University and supporting their leadership journeys. You won’t be working in a silo — this is a highly collaborative environment where your input will directly contribute to student success and community building. 

You'll support over 250 student clubs across categories like cultural, academic & specialist, religious & spiritual, sports & rec, and causes. 

 

Main responsibilities include: Administration around club operations such as grants, registration, and new club applications  Helping coordinate student-led events Drop-in session support for room bookings, equipment bookings, and general queries Assisting with access to services and resources  Advising on governance and financial regulations  Providing general support and guidance to student groups  Event support for major student events such as Clubs Expo, training sessions, and the Club Awards  This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity. 

The Band C role, salary range for this role is $54, 405 – $61,700 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
