Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the industry, located in Sparks, Nevada, United States. As an HR Manager, you will be tasked with managing various aspects of employee relations, from recruitment processes to offboarding, along with overseeing company policies, compensation strategies, and training programs.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee engagement, and termination. Design and implement strategies to improve employee retention. Maintain and update company organization charts and the employee directory. Develop and manage training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees' growth and understanding of their job responsibilities. Ensure all job descriptions are up to date and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and implement learning programs that provide internal growth opportunities for employees. Oversee the administration of benefits renewals and performance and salary reviews. Design and maintain a compensation strategy for all employees based on comprehensive market research and pay surveys. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and provide recommendations to leadership. Manage the coordination of company outreach and recruiting events. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now are required Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM is a must Strong understanding of Benefit Functions Excellent Communication skills Proficient in Compliance and Employee Relations Experience in managing Hiring Processes Ability to handle Annual Budget and Annual Operating Budget Experience in Budget allocations Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas Experience in Coordinating Events, Off-Site Events, Outreach Events, and Recruiting Events TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
