I am founder of an on-demand transportation business called Jeevz. Unlike other rideshare services, our drivers drive clients around in the clients own vehicle like a chauffeur, while also potentially running minor errands and such. Drivers with Jeevz make around $25/hr to start plus tips, get to drive nice luxury vehicles, and are generally booked for 3-6 hour trips instead of short one-offs. I live in Tahoe and have been wanting a driver or two in the area to use occasionally. Drivers with Jeevz are contractors and get offered rides on and off depending on what's going on. You can't expect to have steady work, but it's a great option for when it does arrive. I'll try to build up a client base in the area if we can get 2-3 drivers on board.
