What You’ll Be Doing

Run the Job Right: Coordinate install crews and ensure each job is set up for success, from the first measurement to the final screw.

Lead with Excellence: Train and mentor junior installers and techs. You’ll show them how to do it—and explain why it matters.

Ensure Quality Every Time: Uphold company and AAMA standards. No shortcuts. No sloppy sealant.

Customer Confidence: Communicate clearly and professionally with builders, supers, and homeowners.

Problem-Solve on the Fly: Troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly, and get it done—on time, on budget, and preferably the first time.

Plan Ahead: Know your crew, your tools, and your materials—before leaving the shop.

Stay Safe & Organized: Maintain clean, safe trucks and job sites. Enforce OSHA-30 level safety standards and lead by example.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in window/door installation, including 2+ years leading crews

Skilled in new construction and retrofit installs (vinyl & wood)

Experience reading plans, solving framing issues, troubleshooting multipoint locks, and performing accurate field measurements

Strong communicator with a professional, can-do attitude

Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in varied weather

Brings own tools and uses them safely and efficiently

OSHA 30 certified

Valid NV driver’s license with a clean driving record
