full or part time hairdresser station for rent

I have a private suite with plumbing and a station in the mail salon area.Must have some clientele……I have new clients from advertising here and there but need to have a few base clients as I am rental sole Proprietor only. I do have a membership with local advertising group but need to participate in those to get new clients.
