The Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with commercial property decision-makers, ensuring their roofing needs are met with precision and timeliness, ultimately driving substantial revenue growth and securing long-term service agreements.

Account Manager Outcomes Expected:

Achieve a minimum of 200 account development, business development, or discovery meetings annually to consistently engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities.

Generate $750,000 in roof repairs and preventive maintenance agreements within the first year.

Secure $2.5 Million in re-roof contracts within the first year.

Ensure follow-up on all leads, proposals, and client interactions within 24 hours, maintaining consistent communication and effectively moving prospects through the sales cycle.

Ensure that 90% of key client interactions (e.g., discovery meetings, proposal discussions, contract negotiations) are logged in the CRM with detailed notes and actionable next steps within 24 hours.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related outside sales experience.
