The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact with our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
Manage job scheduling and work orders.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle office management tasks including inventory management of supplies and ordering.
Open/Close office daily.
Maintain office supplies.
Scheduling.
Supply quotes.
Requirements
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Prior experience in an office environment or front desk setting is desirable.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Basic computer literacy is required.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
