Tahoe Incline Apartments is seeking an experienced, on-site Property Manager to lead a small team and oversee a small portfolio of 76 units. Located in the true recreational paradise of Incline Village, NV, we are an established business with a solid foundation and a great team.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned properties including property inspections
Assign, schedule, and ensuring completion of maintenance requests
Manage capital projects, tenant improvements, and maintenance emergencies
Negotiate bids and coordinate work with multiple vendors
Negotiate new leases and renewals
Ensure proper organization and detailed record keeping
Build client and tenant loyalty through quick responses, customer service and follow through
Handle client interactions with courtesy, sensitivity and the ability to defuse situations
Accomplish financial goals while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and owners

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relative field a plus
2+ years’ experience as Property Manager
Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures for federal, state and local housing laws
Knowledge of MS Office
Proficient in Property Management software (Yardi, AppFolio or similar)
Speaking fluency in Spanish a plus!
Salary & Benefits:
Starting at $55,000 with bonus opportunities, DOE
2 bedroom apartment included & separate office space on property
