LOBO Construction LLC is looking to add an Office Manager to our team!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and emails from customers and taking care of their needs or directing them to the proper staff.
- Typing construction proposals, pulling necessary permits, and following up with clients or contractors.
- Keeping the office clean and safe.
- Maintain up-to-date OSHA safety programs for our crews.
- Monitor office supplies and product samples and make orders when required.
- Oversee the roofing schedule with the project manager.
- Reporting office progress to owners and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, accepts instructions and handles client contracts among other tasks.
- Organization, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to manage challenges.
- Flexibility to help adjust to new tasks should the company or office need change.
- Great customer service, outgoing personality, and high capacity to sell jobs.
