Seeking an organized, tidy, timely, detail-oriented admin / personal assistant to replace my current lovely assistant as she has shifted to full time work. I am a holistic practitioner with a love of healthy eating and living, as well as a passion for renovating and designing spaces. I stay very busy, so am looking for someone to help with general around-the-house daily upkeep (vacuuming, processing mail, etc.) as well as some errands, property management assistance, and brand-building on social media. Multi-tasking and social media savviness are both crucial in this role.
Priorities shift depending on the day. You can expect some days that are:
Errand days - Costco, Home Depot, Going to Airbnb Properties, etc.
Home computer & chore days - helping with online listings (Ebay, Offer-up, Nextdoor), updating social media, processing mail, vacuuming, scheduling contractors & calendar management, etc.
Home renovation / maintenance small project days - organizing spaces that may include garage, basement, etc.
This position is part-time. Applicants must be responsible, punctual, reliable, good-natured & respectful to be considered. Funny & artistic are both a plus, but not mandatory.
