Job Summary:
We are seeking a part time Assistant Office Manager for our busy interior design firm to help oversee daily operations and administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Comfortable with Quickbooks and following established office systems
-Proficient in Excel and Adobe
Knowledge of Canva a plus, but not required
-Comfortable being on construction sites, interfacing with all jobsite tradespeople and interacting with our exclusive clientele
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate, and supervise furniture installations, including setting up accessories and bedding
-Process, place, expedite, track furniture orders
- Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Details:
-This is not a remote position and requires in office participation
-Potential to grow into a fulltime office manager position
-Current North Tahoe/Truckee area residence required
-Min 24 hours-max 30 hours required per week, days and time to be discussed and determined upon hiring
-The starting rate begins at $28 per hour, with potential adjustments based on the candidate's experience and skill set
