Reno Door & Trim is actively seeking an experienced Purchasing / Inventory Control Assoc. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Potential candidates will have the following responsibilities but not limited to what is listed:
Purchasing Responsibilities:
Data entry experience, (Excel, Access, Quickbooks)
Purchase order entry,
Receiving, and order reconciliation.
Associate will also be responsibile for maintining Inventory levels and accuracy.
Work directly with Production Manager, and Shop Foreman
Order Forecasting for Inventory Demands
Proven ability to negotiate pricing and bulk ordering.
Inventory Control Responsibilities:
Perform quarterly Full Inventory Vaulations.
Perform regular cycle counting.
Work with Shop Manager to create organized inventory storage
Labeling and marking shelved goods.
Develope Improved inventory control systems.
We offer 401K, Medical Insurance, and PTO. Salary will be dependant upon experience. There will be a 90 day review period after which an increase may be given depending on perforamnce review. Further Increases may be awarded upon continued improvment, and meeting estabilished goals as well as overall inventory control success. Overtime may be required in certain circumstances. Work schedule is as follows: 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon thru Friday.
