Fiberglass Technician (Dayton)

Job Title: Fiberglass Technician; Trim Technician; Assembly Technician
Pay: $15/Hr to start, with increases based on performance/skill

We are a Contract Manufacturer here in Dayton NV. We specialize in Industrial Reinforced Plastics for every sector. We are looking to hire a few solid workers to do custom pieces now and help grow the company for specific process tasks for upcoming contracts. Experienced or not, we welcome all. It is a start immediately position that pays weekly. Our schedule is M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm, we're looking for people to show up every day and work 40 hours per week. We are a small crew and we prioritize safety.
Job Tasks:
-Assist and learn all Fiberglass processes to find your spot. This is a skilled labor process, and you will have a learning curve.
-Speed in process. This is fast work, our raw product has limited time in which you can manipulate it and our product needs to move consistently all day.
-Lift up to 50lbs and move oversized items (some accommodations can be made)
-Clean up toward the end of the day in a warehouse/factory environment
