Personal Asst for Senior, Cleaning, Organizing, Good Conceptual Skills

This would be for a special person who can organize chaos literally. Old person here who's health got away from her and waited way too long to get help. Too small place needs cleaning and help finding a new place. Involves cleaning, groceries, laundry, organizing, running errands, shopping, some cooking and is very trustworthy. Need a special person who can work in a tiny over crowded area, likes to clean and get stuff cleared out and someone who likes to laugh and can make an espresso or latte. Need someone who can also aid in new place to live search. Big job, small space, unorganized and dirty, need a take charge person, someone with lots of creative ability and is non-judgmental and can organize moving. Some personal care so I need a woman, no offense. Your age doesn't matter but must be very honest, have a good attitude and be willing to take direction. Pay is not great to start but gets much better for the right person. Need someone who can be supportive and understanding. YOU NEED YOUR OWN CAR. Afternoons and evenings would work better but we can work that out too. Texting is easier so text back w/your details and we'll go from there.
