Car Wash Company with 2 locations in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time car wash attendant to maintain and service both self-serve car wash locations. One location is in Northwest Reno and the other is in Sun Valley.
Position would require approx. 20 hours per week, approx. 4 hours per day Monday-Friday, with additional hours possible during the fall/winter seasons. Position is mostly outdoors, with hot days in the summer and cold days in the winter. After initial training, position is done with little supervision, must be self-motivated. Would be a good fit for a semi-retired person only wanting to work part-time and work outside.
General Duties include: Facility cleanliness, checking proper equipment operation, customer assistance and snow/ice removal in the Winter. Full list of duties will be provided at in-person interview.
Must be able to lift 5-gallon containers of soap weighing approx. 50 lbs., as well as empty six 32-gallon trash cans into a dumpster per location. General mechanical repair experience/ability is preferred.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Compensation to include (to be paid twice a month – (1st and 15th):
$20/hour plus $10/shift for gas to drive between locations.
