We’re hiring General Laborers / Construction Helpers for an industrial project in the Reno area.
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10-hour shifts plus 1-hour lunch (approx. 60 hrs/week)
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Pay: $17/hour (paid weekly)
Overtime after 40 hours per week at 1.5x pay rate
Responsibilities:
Move and carry materials across the worksite
Hold ductwork in place, pass tools, assist mechanical crews
Walk long distances (typical day involves 14,000 steps) and stand for extended periods
Follow all safety guidelines and support a fast-paced industrial team
Requirements:
Must be reliable and able to work the full project schedule
Comfortable in an active industrial/construction environment
Background check and 10-panel drug screen required
