South of North brewing company is looking for line cooks and prep cooks, part-time hours available with room to grow. Experience is preferred but not required, we will train someone we think would be a great fit! Must be able to work long hours standing and lift more than 25 lbs. $18.00 an hour plus tips to start.
Job Summary
As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining kitchen efficiency. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling will ensure that dishes are prepared to perfection.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is handled safely and in compliance with health regulations.
Assist in meal preparation and plating, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment/ tools/ dishes
