Country Creamery Is a Local Family Owned Ice Cream Shop Specializing in REAL. LOCAL. HOMEMADE. ICE CREAM. We are located right in front of the Park Lane Cinemark Movie Theater. We are seeking team members to support our mission of providing delicious hand made ice cream in a friendly, welcoming environment.
POSITION 1= Shift Leader (Must be 18 or older) $17-21 per hour. (Base pay of $17/hr plus tips which on average increase payrate by $2-4 per hour) Description of Duties: Act as the leader to all team members during shift. Handle scheduling of team members. Order and restock inventory per training. Assist the general manager in administrative duties. Ensure all servers do their duties and assist them as needed in preparing ingredients and product as per training guidelines as well as serving ice cream, restocking, processing payments, assisting customers and maintaining a clean and safe workplace and the highest level of customer service standards.
POSITION 2 = Ice Cream Server (Must be 16 or older) Rate of pay: $14-17 per hour. (Base pay of $13-14/hr plus tips which on average increase pay rate by $2-3 per hour) Description of Duties: Preparing ingredients and product as per training guidelines, serving ice cream, restocking, processing payments, assisting customers, supporting coworkers when needed, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace while upholding company policies and the highest level of customer service standards.

Work Hours: Openings are available for both part-time or full-time positions. Our business hours are 11am to 9pm Monday-Saturday. Scheduling will be done based on team members availability and company needs to create a schedule that works both for employees and business needs.
Preferred Qualities: Stable schedule. Shows up when they say they will. Reliable. Great with people. Ice cream lover. Attention to details.
