Our menu, while small, is elevated scratch that packs a punch. Because of this, there is always something to be prepped. Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes is a must! Typically, there are just a few kitchen staff on at any given time, and station work is kept fluid. Our cooks do in-station prep each shift while preparing orders as they come in and any big task is a group undertaking. Shifts range from five to eight hours, varying for events, and our kitchen opens daily at 5pm. No early mornings!
