Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and energetic people to join our team! In this role, you will welcome customers into the Ice Cream shop and prepare their ice cream orders.
Responsibilities Include:
Welcome customers into the Ice Cream Shop with a smile
Take food and beverage orders
Scoop ice cream and Gelato
Explain the menu items to customers
Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
