Experienced Kitchen Managers, Supervisors and Line Cooks needed
Base Camp Pizza Company hiring for multiple Back of House positions. We run full-service, family casual restaurants Our restaurants have a great reputation of quality and operational excellence. FOR SALARIED MANAGER- Minimum of 2 year track record of success as management. This position requires 75% of your work day on the hotline, leading a station and working hand in hand with your team. This is not a "clipboard" position and requires a motivated, organized, and an energetic applicant, excited about being on the hotline and working with your team. We require all manager applicants gain knowledge of all hot line stations and earn the respect of the kitchen team before any managment training begins.
SUPERVISORS: We prefer 1 year experience supervising a kitchen team however we all need to start somewhere Self Motivation, willingness to learn and dedication can supplient prior experience. We require any new supervisor to gain knowledge of all hot line stations before supervisor training begins.
FOR LINE COOK- No experience necessary, just a good attitude!

Training begins giving every new hire a taste of ALL positions. We believe this develops understanding at all levels of the restaurant and builds respect for each position.
