Paid Time Off Health Benefits Free Smoothies Job Advancement Opportunities Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Development: Assist in the training and development of store team members. Ensure that new hires receive proper onboarding and ongoing training. Help create a positive and productive learning environment. Scheduling: Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and manage staff schedules. Monitor labor costs and optimize scheduling to meet labor goals. Make adjustments to schedules as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels. We want to emphasize the importance of meeting your labor goals to prevent extended wait times, dissatisfied customers, and an overall negative experience for the team, Keva Juice and our valued customers. Managers are expected to ensure proper shift coverage, which may require coming in even on days when you are not originally scheduled. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels. Coordinate with vendors and place orders to replenish stock as necessary. Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with inventory counts. Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. Address customer concerns and resolve issues as they arise. Promote the store's loyalty system (e.g., Klub Keva) and encourage customer enrollments. Promotions and Specials: Promote seasonal specials and discounts to drive sales. Train the store team on the details of current promotions and specials. Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and provide feedback to the Store Manager. Store Cleanliness: Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting appearance. Oversee cleanliness standards and delegate tasks to the team as needed. Compliance: Ensure that all store operations adhere to company policies and guidelines. Familiarize yourself with the manager handbook and enforce its principles. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required by the Store Manager. Assist in analyzing sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Lead by example and motivate the store team to achieve their best performance. Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager. Qualifications: Previous retail experience, including supervisory or leadership roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software. Knowledge of customer service best practices. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with company policies and guidelines (as outlined in the manager handbook). Qualifications: Previous retail experience, including supervisory or leadership roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using inventory management systems and point-of-sale software. Knowledge of customer service best practices.
